RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

“Every artifact is forged upon order — no duplicates, no rewinds.”

All AVYRAEL artifacts are generated made-to-order, created individually at the moment of purchase. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations due to customer reasons such as sizing, image differences, or order mistakes.

This reflects our principle that each artifact exists only for the one who summons it.

DEFECTIVE ARTIFACTS

We only accept exchanges in the following cases:

• Arrival damage
• Clear printing defects
• Incorrect product delivered

If your artifact is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Photo of the full product
• Close-up image of the defect
• Photo of the packaging

Once verified, we will regenerate and send a replacement artifact. (Refunds are not available.)

NO CANCELLATION

Because generation begins immediately after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
